Zillow Keeps Listing Our House For Sale, It's Not. (pa)

We tried to move in October of 2022, unfortunately the housing market took a tumble just after we listed. In April 2023, after we could not find a buyer we pulled the house from the market. Fast forward to July 2023, and Zillow puts our house back up as for sale, except we haven't put it back on the market. We contacted our real estate agent, and the problem was solved or so we thought. We are now almost routinely about 1 or 2 times a month having to try and reach out to Zillow as they have put our house out there for sale again. It's beginning to become more frequent. Every time we check MLS to make sure it isn't coming from there. It isn't, and no other housing site has our home up for sale. Just Zillow. So, what I am asking is, at this point might we have a case against Zillow? Is this possible fraud on their end? Multiple attempts to reach out to Zillow are proving to be a fruitless effort. Almost all responses are a canned auto reply from them, then they claim the issue is fixed and it's conveniently not listed as for sale when they go to check on the listing they changed, they have not responded to our request to speak to a live person on the phone, or have an actual no automated or generated email reply sent back. We feel ignored at this point in time from them when we request assistance in correcting this ongoing problem.

This is costing us time, and I fear it may soon cost money as the agent we used for the original listing is now having to take time as people call him about the house, only to let them know it's not for sale and Zillow is wrong. We are also concerned with them listing the house as we have 2 small children and the last thing we want is strangers coming down our road (it's a private road, and signed as such) while our kids are possibly outside playing unannounced and have that cause a problem, or endangering our kids.
