Would There Be Any Reason Why I'd Run Into Any Sort Of Legal Trouble Making Art In Public?

This might seem like a stupid question, but I just wanna cross my Is and Dott my Ts before I end up doing this. I'm looking for more excuses to leave the house more often because I get very stir-crazy. Is there any chance I might run into legal trouble if I go around town in public areas and draw what I see? What if I bring a can of fixative (light adhesive, doesn't show on anything, fumes are bad if you breath it in an enclosed space though) if I'm using charcoal/pastels/graphite? What if I bring a portable easel because I'm in the mood for painting? What if I use the ledges of planters/fountains as a sitting area (there aren't enough benches around)?
