Work Place Discrimination

Card image cap

Living in Colorado working for a NPO. There’s a lot of stuff going on there that is legally (from my understanding) and morally corrupt. There was an incident where an employee said a racial slur at a work event. She was later promoted to a position where she would have to work with people in the group affected by this slur. The person the slur was said to is willing to speak on it (she quit once the person who said it to her was promoted). My previous boss also had taken disciplinary actions against me once I announced my pregnancy. I had never had any disciplinary actions taking against me prior (I have a timeline with documents). There have been SEVERAL other incidents. Is this something worth perusing?
