Won Court Case, Defendants Dodging Payment

Someones dog ran out and attacked mine. I won the case, but cannot get the money. They have been dodging me. They failed to appear to the debtors exam so I was granted an arrest warrant for both defendants. Not sure exactly what happened, but I was told someone called the one of the defendants telling them to appear to court in lieu of the warrant... they actually showed up. The judge walked out stating we should ‘figure it out amongst ourselves.’ Then the clerk that was sitting in told the defendant she didn’t have answer any of my questions… defendant gave me a sob story but we eventually agreed on a payment plan, but I wanted her banking info in case they dodged me again. She gave me the info but stated she’s unemployed and has little to nothing in the account. Like I suspected, they’ve dodged payments. What do I do now? Online paid document search on the other defendant (he’s employed), or do I pay to serve her bank for garnishments? I was awarded the full $3500 for small claims btw, and plan to file to receive payments for all the additional recoverable costs post judgment (but that’s moot if I can’t get any money). I have their phone numbers and address.
