Will Causing Someone To Lose Their Job, Negatively Impact An Upcoming Restraining Order Hearing?

A couple of weeks ago, my father was assaulted by his wife. When he called the police, she fled to the police station and filed a bogus restraining order against him.
At the hearing to extend the order, the judge found his wife not credible, and actually reversed the order against the wife and she was removed from the house. Within 24 hours she violated the order by having the utilities shut off. She admitted in court that she slapped my father during the altercation. There is a criminal summons for that case as well. The judge set a 2 week date to hear about extending the order….
It’s obvious at this point that the judge saw right through her lies, and my father is currently “winning” this case. However, it was revealed during the previous hearing that the wife has been working for the elderly. And being paid under the table. This is where we go from 0-100 rather quickly…
In 2018, my grandmother was overcome with severe dementia. That coupled with physical disabilities that left her bound to a chair. She was moved to my dad’s house where he, and his wife who worked as a sitter for disabled elderly and hospice care, would care for her….
Long story short, I noticed a decline in my grandmothers physical and mental health. She started having bruises. I found notes she was writing saying “help me”. I set up cameras, and caught his wife abusing my grandmother. I had her arrested. She was charged and convicted for it.
When I found out in the previous hearing she was working with the elderly again, and under the table, I figured if they hadn’t filed proper tax paperwork, I assumed they hadn’t run a proper background check. I found out the retirement home she was working at, and felt a moral obligation to inform them of her past abuse of vulnerable people.
Ultimately, I hope to uncover the name of the agency which “employs” her, and have them investigated as a whole because I’m scared of how many other bad people they could possibly have out there putting defenseless people in danger.
I’ve just been scared that this may try to be portrayed as some tit for tat scenario, and it may look bad for my fathers pending hearing to extend the order and keep this monster away from him. I’m not sure of the legality around what I did. It just made me sick to my stomach to know she could be out there hurting someone else who couldn’t speak up for themselves, and traumatizing more families.
