Wife Threatening To Take Son Away

Last month I (32m) found out my wife (30f) was cheating on me. We've been trying to work past it, but we still have good and bad days about it.
On two separate instances my wife has left our apartment in the middle of an argument. The first time she was gone all night, the second time she was only gone for a few hours. Outside of those two arguments, she has threatened other times that she will take our 3yo son and leave and I "won't be able to find them."
I'm terrified of this happening. Due to other instances (like me recently learning she is racking up debt in both of our names), I'm considering that divorce is unfortunately an option as she still has shown 0 remorse and isn't very interested in going to counseling. But I'm terrified of serving her papers and she taking our kid and leaving.
What are my options here? (located in FLorida)
