Wife Received 15 Spinal Injections Before Giving Birth Now Has Lot Of Back Pain Still 7 Weeks Later

Hello I am just checking to see if anyone thinks that we have a case with this my wife gave birth March 18th to our daughter via C-section. They brought my wife into the OR and it took 45 minutes from the time they brought her in there until I was called in to get the spinal correct the doctor performing the anesthesia tried 15 different times injecting her spine before getting the spinal correct. Afterwards when the anesthesian everything wore off she had severe back pain neck pain headaches and it was determined that this was due to a spinal cord leak which no one would admit was from 15 different spinal injections 3 days after being released from the hospital she still had severe neck pain headaches back pain which was due to the spinal fluid leak the hospital suggested that we go in and get a blood patch performed which is basically they draw blood and injected into your spine again in the blood seals the spinal fluid leak This solve the neck pain and the headaches from the spinal leak but now 7 weeks later my wife still has severe back pain and has trouble getting out of the chair while holding our daughter just curious to see if we should be contacting a lawyer due to this I don't know if it's worth mentioning that due to this whole process my wife is now also not interested in having any additional children because of the experience that she received
