Creating A Religion To Wear A Head Covering At Work?

I am American. I work in healthcare. Basically my aunt knitted me several beanies to congratulate me through making it through school and for good luck. I’ve been wearing it at every new job. However, since starting my new job the manager and cno told me I couldn’t wear it. Even though the policy doesn’t forbid it. I’ve been wearing this hat every working day of my life and I feel naked without it at work.

And yes this is very deep to me. Im not joking. I’m willing to die on this hill. I’m seriously looking to create a religion that mandates head coverings while performing work and that it must be issued from a loved one.
