Wife Accusing Me Of Sa Of My 8 Year Old Daughter

Two years ago, my six-year-old daughter woke up and told my wife that her private part hurt. Since she’s a worrisome person, she thought someone had touched her. She immediately thought it was me.

My daughter doesn’t like sleeping in her room, so she usually sleeps in our bedroom. My wife works midnights and often passes out on the couch, so it’s usually just the two of us in bed.

She got checked, and it turned out to be a UTI. I found out because my daughter’s school called me and said she was absent. When they got home, she asked me how her day was, and I told her she had gone to the doctor. My wife told me, and I was upset that she would even think I would do that. But I got over it within a couple of days.

We had a family discussion about inappropriate behavior and whether anyone had touched her inappropriately. If anyone had, we encouraged her to tell us. She said no, and we were very understanding and didn’t put any pressure on her.

(Both my wife and I experienced the same situation when we were young.)

My wife and I just had a baby (two weeks old as of this post, a week since the incident began). We were all watching TV when someone on the TV mentioned Virginia. My daughter exclaimed, “Vagina?!” We were confused and asked her why she said that. She got upset and ran into the bedroom.

My wife looked at me and said “you better not mother fucker…” I was confused and said “huh?” and we let her be and calm down.

The next day they all left and didn’t come home because my wife didn’t trust me and my wife told me my Daughter said she was scared of me. I was so confused and asked if I could talk to daughter and ask why she wouldn’t let me because she’s afraid to. At 6ish they came home and said that my daughter told her that I told her some scary knock knock jokes about killing and hurting people. (I don’t think I’ve ever told her a knock knock joke in my life) so that was also confusing.

so we hung out that night like normal and everything seemed fine and I didn’t want to push what happened with today so I acted like it never happened. and they slept on the couch together with the baby.

The next morning my wife was really moody crying and wouldn’t tell me what’s wrong all day then her sister came over with her kids and hung out for a couple of hours and my wife told me to get out of her face and go in the basement so I did then when her sister left she took my daughter with her and my wife kicked me out at 2 am and told me I was a monster… so I’m sleeping in my car and she said that she has evidence of me SA’ and I’ll never get to see the kids again.

I told her that there is no evidence cause I’ve never done anything. And she said okay let me call the cops and give it to them I told her please do because I have done nothing wrong.

So now it’s been 4 days since I’ve seen my family over this and all I want to do is see my kids, I think the marriage is over no matter what happens at this point. This is the 2 time of accusing me of this and who knows if we got back together there wouldn’t be a third time.

But she’s been messaging me:

“Tomorrow you can go put me on the Deed to this home; these girls don’t deserve to grow up with no home and their mother struggling, and just maybe I’ll cut you some fucking slack. It’s not a bribe either, my girls are without a home here soon.. because you destroyed our family”

She don’t take accountability when she’s wrong so much so that even if she’s wrong, she thinks she’s right even if there is 100% proof of her in the wrong

At this point I want the get the Police or CPS involved but I know that might not be smart since I’m the one accused of this but I know I did nothing wrong I would do anything to get to see my family again but everybody says to wait it out she will calm down but I don’t think so and I think it’s too far gone to repair any relationship we had.
