Update Someone Taking Pictures Of Me In The Gyms Changing Room.

So I filed a police report last night at around 8:30 pm. The police officer suggested I speak with an attorney as this is a civil rights violation. As I have an expectation of privacy per their policy and it’s a changing room with showers.

I am in Ohio. I tried downloading an app that would record a call. I called corporate and it showed it was being recorded but it didn’t.

Corporate offered to cancel my membership WITH OUT a refund bc I still used the membership and he can verify the incident occurred. He also said both managers did not fill out incident reports for the sexual harassment. He said there is no documentation he could give me for the phone call I had with him.

He said if it actually occurred then why did I go back there (I started going at 5 am instead of at night) and if it actually happened then I would’ve called them the first time.

I’m going to be contact attorneys.

Should I have them cancel the membership?
