Unfortunately, My Cousin Refuses To Vacate A Home In Rhode Island After The Owner Has Passed. What Are Our Options To Remove Him?

Hello! My family has found itself in an unfortunate situation, and I am trying to better understand our options to remove him.
We do not have a rental agreement or lease agreement signed with the cousin. The cousin moved into my great aunt's house prior to her passing. Now that she has passed, the house has been inherited by five siblings; the cousin is not one of the beneficiaries of the estate and has no ownership interest in the house.
What is the best way to remove the cousin and what rights does he have to remain in the home? The home is located in Bristol, RI.
The siblings would like to sell the house and are not interested in being a landlord to the cousin.
Thank you for any and all help! This has been tough on the family as the cousin has been difficult to deal with, even prior to the passing of the homeowner.
