Small Value Stolen Items That Have Been Donated

Location: Pierce County, Washington state

I work 80 hours a week and can barely afford my cheap condo. About a year ago, I inherited some things from an older family member who was downsizing: photo albums, paintings they've done, blankets they've handmade, etc. Items with high sentimental value, but not much actual value. These items are all piled in a closet because I haven't had a chance to go through them, because I work 80 hours a week, but that doesn't mean I'm not interested in them. My mother has come over a few times while I was at work to "drop food off". After the first time, I noticed some of the blankets were missing. I asked her about it and she said she was helping me clean and had donated them to goodwill. I told her I didn't want them donated, I wanted them back. She still thinks she was in the right and won't be dissuaded. I couldn't afford to buy them back from goodwill myself. My neighbor had an old kit for changing the locks that they weren't using and they helped me change my locks. Unfortunately, I live in a cheap condo and it's not that hard to break in. My mom's been over at least twice since then, bringing more food. The photo albums, paintings, and who knows what else have all disappeared. Mom refuses to believe she's doing anything other than helping. I told the police. They said I could have her arrested for breaking and entering if I wanted (I don't really), but there's nothing they can do about the items she stole. They recommend I talk to her. I've checked goodwill's policy and they don't return items that were donated in error.

Do I have any recourse for requesting my items back from Goodwill given they were stolen and donated without my permission?
Is there any sort of order I can request, something like a trespass, that would prevent her from entering my property? I don't want to have her arrested, but maybe something to strengthen my "these items are stolen" case.

These things are irreplaceable and I don't know what to do.
