Small Claims: Piercing Corporate Veil?

Looking to file in small claims to win judgment on unpaid promissory note. I know collecting is different thing all together but putting that aside for a moment:
The promissory note is between me and a LLC. There has been three prior judgments against the owner of the LLC where I can see their notes in question were also against the LLC and it the judgement was against the individual (it’s an one person company, operated out of her home address, used her social media solicit funds, etc so I think alter ego could be in play).
Those other cases were for larger sums and therefore went more traditional legal route. So my question is if I sue in small claims (my amount owed is the limit for the state so I’m good there) am I able to reference those past cases and pierce the corporate veil? Or is that level of legal maneuvering only handled in other courts?
We have emails, texts, and phone records of person not responding to status of payment. Sent certified letter and it was unclaimed and two weeks of attempts. So was going to approach the case as “we are trying to get answers on our money as we are being ghosted while we see she is posting on social media about her business.”
