Pre Trial Drug Testing

I picked up a case for felony weed possession 0-1g fentanyl and fleeing and evading. What happened was I was giving a plug a ride we got pulled over by Austin police and the guy threw fetty xans behind me left all his weed and stuff and jumped out the car ended up getting away. The da refused to prosecute my drug charges and negotiated PTD for a year. The fleeing was because I didn’t pull over at first but ended up pulling over shortly after I panicked. I have my first in court appearance in a week and I’m wondering if it’s likely I will get drug tested? I haven’t been called in for one yet only have a court date for December 2nd and there is still weed in my system. If I test positive and they do test me are they lenient on the first positive or what am I looking at ?
