I Could Use Some Help.

So to get down to nitty gritty few years ago I was hired by a cable company. What went down was I was let go due to not being reliable enough and the company's terms. I was with them for roughly four and a half years and this was back in 2021. I know it's definitely past the Statue of limitations but nobody told me that you were able to go ahead and put a stop to that or a pause. I recently found out that in my area Pennsylvania you could go ahead and put a pause onto your Statue of limitations and I just found out not long ago that my work location round roughly the same time I was fired was firing a lot of people because they did not have any extra degree or any further education outside of high school diploma. Even though it's past the Statue of limitations, do I still have a case?
