Small Claims Over Old Lawnmower

I buy and sell mowers often on marketplace, have 4.8 star review at time of making this post with over 100 reviews. Sold a 10 year old zero turn for 1200$ Buyer came and inspected mower and operated mower, bank wasn't open so we agreed to Monday for delivery, he again seen mower run and drove it in his back yard Monday evening, day after temperatures dropped into high 20s low 30s with high wind, mower sat outside, he said it wouldn't start, l asked if he had a battery charger he said no, l offered to buy and come to him to install battery, I replaced battery mower started, sent him videos and I left. Two days later he said it wouldn't start and backfired (mind you it's in the high 20s low 30s so a backfire isn't out of ordinary) told him to wait until it warmed up the following day as it was back in the 50s he never contacts me that day, but the following day he sends a picture with the pto removed and claims it fell off, I offered to fix it free but would not cover any part expenses. He said he will not discuss this any further and demanded money back or threatened legal action. At which point I blocked him. Got a notion for small claims, court date was yesterday at 9:30am. He dismissed the case Friday at 2:46 pm, so there was no way for me to get paperwork, so I showed up and sat there until the judge asked me why I was there, he didn't know it was dismissed either. Go to clerks desk and find out plaintiff dismissed and refiled. Do I have anything to worry about? Seems as he's just playing a game, and the court is roughly 50 minutes away, one way.
