Fil Passed Away. Truck Unpaid And No Repo.

My father in law passed away almost two years ago. No payment has been made towards the loan. We have called the bank to tell them he’s dead and they need to come get it. It’s still just sitting in his front yard. Right after he passed there was letters saying it would be repoed but there’s no calls, no letters, nothing since saying they are coming get it or anything further. What are we supposed to do? They won’t come get the truck and it needs to be moved. It’s been almost two years! Also it’s a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. Still owes 42,000 on it.
