Sister Has Been Hiding Ill Gotten Assets From Mom And Uncle Estate. Dad Says He'd Settle But Welched

I have never received one bit of money from my mothers estate. When I began asking my dad and sister about it while broke at last year I was told my mom didn't have a will, and when I said I thought they were lying about it shit got weird. A lot of bad things happened to hurt me emotionally and financially and legally. I was arrested on false accusations, all my relationships with women I was seeing or my friendships ended fast and mysteriously. All my family except my dad got cold and stopped responding to me. I eventually realized this all has to do with my mom's estate and I remember that when I was finally shown a copy of the legal paperwork for the estate (I had been shipped off to a rehab, three dsys before she died, six dsys before her birthday, and in december (mom loved Xmas)) I was asked to sign something and was told it would help my dad out getting everything finished with probate. I was going through h withdrawal and had no familiarity with terms used and was also very trusting at the time and my dad and sister said my mom didn't have anything and that our family was basically poor due to me being a junky and mom needing a funeral. After six years though I'm on my feet and level headed. All this stuff starts happening after I ask about my mom's estate. I start looking into all the legal stuff on probate and estate I can find. fumbling through all this I learn that an LLC with a funny name is listed as being owned by someone with my sisters nsme and commenced on her birtjday the yesr my mom passed. Diggin further I come to realize that I had an uncle who died a few weeks after mom. Mom had power of attorney over him and had put a trust into my dad or my sisters name. His ex wife had sold his house at some point years before and I'm not sure who she sold it to but I imagine there was some deal done between her and my family because a house on the exact same road his was on is now owned by my father ...and my sisters fucking 37, year old friend who is listed as my dad's wife. Wtf. what can I do? On most of the places I've searched my dad and sisters names, my name isn't listed as a relative but a few names I've never heard in my life come up by both their names on multiple search apps. I have come to understand that the llcs and co ownership of real estate is a way for my sister and her husband to take everything from my dad's estate so thst I dont get a thing from that when he does soon enough (sorry not sorry) is there any way I can ensure I get the settlement that was promised from my dad so I at least get something from mom? Is there a way I could go after all of what I should have been entitled too(if they didn't keep everything out of probate) is there a way I could call them out for crime and get their shit taken? If they set me up a trust or my sister and her husband keep the money for me and dole it out or buy me a house or something then I have to leave it all anyway, they are abusers and I will have nothing to do with them. This is really hard. I don't even want to take any inheritance from my dad's estate if he hates me so much he let this happen in front of him
