Pumping At Work In Oklahoma

Hello,
I’m wondering about pay for having to pump at work. I’ve been given the policy of my job on how breaks for meals when pumping are unpaid. Another coworker told me federal law says I don’t have to clock out when pumping. My boss scheduled me at the bare minimum of 30 hours a week to keep me full time but with clocking out all the time, it makes my paychecks smaller by $400-$500 and I can’t afford that with a new baby as a first time mom. Just need clarity as simple as possible
Below is the policy of my job:
Team members needing breaks for lactation purposes may use ordinary paid rest breaks or may take other reasonable break time when needed. The lactation break time, if possible, should run concurrently with scheduled rest breaks and meal periods already provided to the team member. If the lactation break time cannot run concurrently with rest and meal periods already provided or additional time is needed for the team member, the lactation break time will be unpaid, unless prohibited by state law. Where unpaid breaks or additional time is required, the team member should work with her supervisor regarding scheduling and reporting the extra break time as unpaid. Team members who are required to record time must accurately record the start and end of lactation breaks on their timesheets/clock in and out of their lactation breaks. Uninterrupted lactation breaks do not count as hours worked. Where state and/or law requires a specified time during each portion of a workday, Exos will comply with any such requirements.
