Signed A Lease For An Apartment, Land Lord Is Not Giving The Unit

He Guys,

We are in Georgia. We recently visited a leasing office, liked a unit, did a background check and after everything went well, they send us the contract and we signed. Now 3 weeks before the move in date, they notified me over the phone that they are not going to give the unit to us because the previous tenant renewed the contract. I checked the contract and I realized that even though they sent the contract to me through their online portal, and I signed it, they have not done their own part, most likely purposefuly. Do I still have any right to fight for?

Is there any rule that protects me for their misconduct?
