What Can I Do With Non Stop Problems With A Park Next Door ?

I live out in the middle of nowhere, 9 acres mini hobby farm. The lady that owns 150 acres next to me donated it to the local park district. They put the parking lot to the park running the length of the side of my property. Very close to my house, since the park was put in a few years ago there has been non-stop issues with ongoings at the park on related to hiking. I've had my livestock attack by people's dogs that arent on leashes, I asked the park to split the cost of a fence they said no, I put up a fence up on my own money, I've had my shop and car broken into, never had problems before the park, people pulling in the middle of the night and blast my house with their headlights, blaster music waking the household up at all hours of the night happens multiple times a week., I've seen drug deals, have problems with people with ATVs dirt bikes off-road vehicles, that aren't allowed, flying up and down, I've been assaulted for telling someone to turn their damn music down. Had it on video and the cops and park never did anything about it.. the park hasnt done anything to help the situation. I asked for a sign that says dogs need to be on leashes , there isn't any. I asked for a light in there parking not at night so it isn't pitch black. I asked for a automatic gate that closes park at night and I would do all labor for free. They haven't done anything besides say they will send park ranger over more but they said its a low visited park so they don't like ranger out here. I said since it's no a busy park ppl come here to do nefarious things.

So all in all I hate the park and it is weighing on me bad. I live in country to enjoy the country life not deal with people being ignorant almost daily.

Is there any legal options for me to take against the park to help resolve any of these issues ?
