Received Letter From Lawyer And It Seems Like It Crossed The Line

I received letter from a lawyer, and it seems like it crossed the line. I don't know whether this is reportable offense to the California Bar Association but wanted to get some idea from the group.
We are a small business, a client is under contract, owes us money and ended up hiring an attorney. Up to this point, I have been professional in all our communication with the client. This was the attorney's first contact letter to us.
Be advised that I have been retained by CLIENT as her attorney. Therefore, moving forward all communication related to CLIENT shall be done being addressed to me through my law offices. Also, let's establish clear parameters. Until and unless you are a licensed attorney in California, which would take some time graduating from law school, passing the California Bar Exam, etc. you are not qualified to make any legal determination whatsoever.
Nevertheless, for your benefit I will give you a short "legal" education, so perhaps in the future you could pull your head out of your ass and know a damn thing about something. The fact you provided CLIENT with services in the past for which she fully paid created no contract whatsoever, all it established was a written evidence for "course of conduct" (legal term) establishing your right for payment as well your rate for past services rendered.
In this case, as you so eloquently acknowledged in your email, CLIENT fired you/terminated your services forthwith with her termination notice to you on March 26, 2024. Whether you liked or enjoyed being terminated is irrelevant, your so called "legal" opinion in this matter is also irrelevant as you do not have any contract for term and your claim to the contrary is nothing but attempt in extortion.
Thoughts? Ethical violations? Reportable?
