Previous Owner's Son Won't Leave Without An Eviction.

I purchased a trailer home and signed a lease with the trailer court owner so that I could move in on May 3rd but now the previous owners son is refusing to leave and he is saying that because he has lived there so long (well over 30 days) and is an established resident that i will have to legally evict him through the court and he has said that if I do seek an eviction and get an order from a judge then he will tear out everything in the trailer that he put in or repaired which according to him is basically everything inside the trailer. What should I do???
