Nj Allowing A Suspended Driver To Drive

I allowed a family member to borrow my car to go to an appointment last week and she was pulled over for no reason. Her ticket states that she was pulled over for having a phone to her ear, but footage from my car cameras show this was NOT the case and the cop never said one thing about a phone. Apparently her license is suspended but she was completely unaware. I never would have allowed her to take my car if I knew, and she never would have driven if she knew. Today I received a ticket in the mail stating that I'm being charged with allowing a suspended driver to drive. Do I need to hire an attorney?? I have never had even a parking or speeding ticket in my entire life! They didn't even write the ticket correctly, they got the color and type of car completely wrong but I'm not sure if that even matters.
