Don't want to give to must text into it. I sleep in such a way my arm may occasionally connect a neighbor floor ten feet plus before. A tap, not a knock, knock, knock type cut it off. Seriously an innocuous body thing.

My neighbor immediately raised out of his chair out of offense. 'Could hear the entire transaction between him and partner

Immediately said he was going to raise and attempt to kill me immediately.

After some discussion, they raised they were both willing to do it. This is the extreme short version with much worse.

I feel daily unsafe now going forward for myself and partner. Precautions are met. And more extensively so.

I don't know how to proceed. The appropriate legal advice lacking violence or retribution is welcome
