Possible Pregnancy Discrimination? (mn)

Card image cap

I was getting ready for today's shift and my boss texted me this. The complications she is talking about are a preexisting psuedoseizure disorder that has not presented itself on the job, pregnancy related anemia and a one time unexplainable fainting incident. I have been completely medically cleared to continue working these last 13 weeks of pregnancy as long as I feel comfortable, and cannot afford NOT to continue to work. Can my boss legally force me to go on (unpaid) leave? I'm located in MN, 19F, 27 weeks pregnant. I have not responded and am looking for input first

'Hey, I'm not completely sure what you plan looks like going forward, but I don't think it's best for you to continue working at Panera while you're having complications with your pregnancy. Don't worry about coming into your shifts for the next week, I will be placing you on a medical Leave Of Absence. If you do wish to come back once you've had the baby and you're feeling better we would be more than happy to have you back. But for now I feel it is safer for you to not work. If you have any questions please let me know!'
