Package Not Delivered

This is likely a small claims court matter, if its worth that. I'm in Lake County, Florida.

I ordered a $330 package from a retailer who shipped it via UPS to my house. We weren't there so instead of attempting a redelivery, they dropped it at a print and ship location (mom and pop owned). That place told us they never received it... for weeks they gave us the runaround, were rude to us (we were always polite in asking). Finally, UPS updated with a name of the guy at the print and ship location who signed for the package. When we took the UPS receipt to their location, they said they received it but it must have gone back to the retailer since it had been 30 days at that point. The retailer opened an investigation but also got rude with me for no reason (I was nothing but polite, but I had called twice in a few days to see if they had opened an investigation and thats when they got rude). They never called back.

A month later, I opened a claim with my bank. The claim has now come back in their favor. I've called the bank to get copies of whatever documents they used for proof. The rep on the phone said nothing had my name or signature, just the fact that UPS dropped it at this location.

So my question is this. Can I sue? What recourse do I have to get my money back? There's no way I'm just screwed, right?
