Older Kids Taking Videos Of My 7yr Old And Making Him Say Curse Words And Racial Slurs At School.

Just wanted some advice and if I have to worry about or pursue anything legal. I’m the first one to admit kids do stupid shit, even us adults do stupid shit, but my seven-year-old is a little bit slow on development and he knows some of my older sons friends from his school. They were taking videos of him and teaching him to say curse words and the N-word. They have since sent these videos to my older son, which leads me to believe they have sent these videos to other people. The school knows about this and I have asked them to separate the older kids from the younger kids at the end of school at driveline pick up, but I don’t think they’re going to do anything about it. they tend to sweep these things under the rug because they don’t want problems. If these videos end up on the Internet, what do I do if anything I appreciate the feedback. We are in NC.
