Car Was Towed Due To Leak, Towing Company Says They Can’t Show Proof Of Leak

So I need some sort of explanation if possible I live in Nevada so I’m not sure if it has to do with state laws or what but my girlfriend called me to tell me our car was towed. We were given a warning that the car was leaking fluids, for further context I had taken the car 2 months ago for an oil change to the local Valvoline where they said they didn’t see any leaks since I had asked them to check given the car is pretty old. And I get that within that time there could be leaks that have began since then BUT after we got that warning I haven’t seen any signs of any fluids in our parking spot or anywhere else where we park the car. And before anyone asks why I didn’t take it to the shop that day, I simply wanted to wait for this pay check so I could have the money to pay the mechanic if there was an actual leak, because like many others this economy is busting our ass. So what I want to know is if they can actually refuse to show us the pictures that they said they have of the leak because to me it’s BS that they say they have proof then refuse to show it. Thanks if anyone reads this and gives me any sort of insight.
