New Neighbor Running Pod Hostel In Their Unit

I realize this is a really strange situation I’ve found myself in, but essentially I live in a small 4 unit building on a street with other similar buildings. A tenant has moved in that immediately installed those dystopian sleeping pods in order to run a “coworking / coliving” hostel.
Obviously this is illegal in like one thousand ways in addition to being against their lease and the HOA rules.
A building inspector has come out and cited a violation, and there’s currently an ongoing investigation with the planning department, as well as the HOA dealing with it. However, all of these processes are slow and I don’t feel safe having a hostel operating inside my building.
Outside of just waiting it out, does anyone have advice on dealing with something as batshit insane as this?
