Issues With Another Tenant Regarding Dogs
I live in an apartment complex that is cats only and have a neighbor who harbors dogs. Not only does she use her vehicle to transport them secretly in and out of her unit but also has had a few of them get loose and run into the street. Not sure where she’s getting these dogs or if she’s watching them for others but one of her dogs got loose and ran towards my cat — while trying to save my cat I got bit and had to go to urgent care immediately. This happened two weeks ago — I reported her to the property manager a couple of times yet nothing has been done. Today, once again one of her dogs got loose and called again to complain. My question is, is there anything that I can do? She’s clearly breaking her lease terms and I truly feel for the dogs who are not being properly watched. Thank you in advance!
