Neighbors Are Recording My Backyard

I live in North Carolina and we (my husband and I and our 3 kids 7,5,3) moved into our first home almost a year ago. I found out just today that my neighbors (we’ll call them J and T) have a wide lense camera up on the top of a tall pole in their backyard that captures their backyard, ours, our other neighbors yard, and their neighbors. I knew about the camera, I didn’t know it caught our entire yard. And not only that, it’s constantly recording whenever there’s motion and it’s also recording audio. My other neighbor who told me is related to them and was over one day and my family was outside playing and he told me they could hear every word we were saying. I’m going to talk to J and T about their camera and maybe ask them to move it or something but I don’t think they would. Again, they have it mounted on the top of a pole that’s taller than our single story house. I also don’t think they would move it anyway, but I’m still going to talk to them. I only just found out about it and it makes me uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do it they refuse to move it? I don’t think a fence will help block out our yard from their view. Tia
