Need Advice About My Wife 25f Threatening To Call The Cops On Me 29m For Taking Our Daughter, A Baseless Claim.

My wife has been cheating on me and I have plenty of evidence to back up that claim. Well she was supposed to be spending the next 5 days in Las Vegas, with her ex boyfriend, and of course she constantly denied that being the case despite the evidence I have in the contrary. This morning on our way to drop her off at the airport I decided it would be a good time to tell her that I wanted a divorce. We would be in a car and shed be unable to call the police on me due to us being very close to the airport and have a ton of witnesses. My theory was that she would have 5 days to process the information and come back in a less emotional state than if we were to hash it out at home. I recorded the whole conversation and I was completely in control, calm, collected. I did not make any threats or throw insults and I clearly and calmly expressed my hurt and feeling of betrayal. I told her how I'd prefer the divorce to go and how it would be in both our best interests to keep it amicable. I explained how she had absolutely no claim to 100% custody and that neither did I. She didn't have much to say at all, just left my truck and went into the airport. Well my mom is down here visiting my daughter and I while my wife was supposed to be away. I had my phone on vibrate because I was in meetings all day and had forgot to turn it back on loud. I was also making dinner at the time and my mother was face timing my sister. Apparently my wife had called me twice and sent me a couple of texts in addition to calling my mother. Neither of us were aware of her attempts to contact us and this sent my wife into a completely emotional and irrational state. She threatened me that she was calling the cops on me over text which is what I noticed when I pulled my phone out of my pocket after finishing the salsa I was making. I immediately called her back and she told me that she had a plane ticket booked and was on her way home. She is terrified that I am going to take our daughter and run, that's why she threatened to call the cops. I told her that first off I am well within my legal right to take the child and leave and that calling the cops would do nothing but also that I have no intention of taking her and leaving because of the absolute mess that would cause me. She did not change her mind and is on her way home right now. I am leaving the door unlocked for her per her request but I will be sleeping on the floor in my daughter's room tonight because I fear that she will attempt to take our daughter and leave. I have a call and text in to my attorney to help me out but it's past his office hours so I don't expect to hear back tonight. I have no idea what to do. I have no idea what her intentions are. My mother is still here so she will be able to be a witness tonight in case my wife wants to call the cops and falsify an abuse claim. I am also going to have audio recording active at all times every time we will be in the house together. I am considering taking my daughter and going to stay at a hotel and then calling the non emergency police line and telling them that due to previous threats on my life, which aren't documented but they were real, and her emotional and irrational state that I fear for my daughter's and my own safety. I need advice on what course of action I should take at this point in time. Should I take my kid and get a hotel? Should I leave and have my mother stay hear to be with my daughter? Should I stay here and just hope she doesn't falsify a police report?

TL:DR I informed my wife I want I divorce before she left for a vacation to cheat on me. Due to a couple of completely innocent missed calls my wife now believe I am going to leave and take our daughter. She is now on her way home, threatened to call the cops on me, and I now fear what may happen when she arrives home tonight.
