Need Advice.

I need help. My daughters mother gave my 7yr old daughter a phone. She has her icloud linked to my daughters phone. My daughter tends to be over protective of her phone. She gets nervous whenever I grab it and look through it. When I go though it I found nothing wrong. My daughter forgot her phone and being the confused, curious father I am, I dug deeper into the photos. I happened to look into the hidden folder. Mind you, I was able to access this folder my simply entering the code used to unlock the phone, which my daughter knows. I found explicit photos, videos, men exposing themselves and mother engaging with men. What do I do? Should I contact a lawyer or child protective services?

I'm afraid my daughter has seen this content I'm assuming this is the reason she's over protective of her phone. My daughter was recently diagnosed with anxiety. And recently expressed she wanted to live with mom fulltime. Which I found very odd. I was going to allow my daughter to live with her mom full time because is what she wanted. But this came up.

As for our parenting plan, I'm custodial parent. I mange doctor, school, dentist and everything in-between. I have my daughter 56% of the time. Mom has a history of drug use, she dropped dirty in court and the court still gave her some custody.

Any information will be appreciated.
