Mysterious Car Harassing My House Every Morning
There's a car that drives past My house every morning at 6am on the dot and Blairs their horn for about 2 or 3 seconds. It's only my house as we're the only house that's finished construction in this specific area of the neighborhood. It's pretty obvious they're targeting us. This is especially annoying because I work a pm shift so being woken up at 6am Is like if I woke you up at 12 at night.
I have video evidence of the car doing it once I'm wondering if there's anything I can do or if they're just allowed to do this because the road is public property.
