Do Men Have Paternity Testing Rights?

I (33M) was in a relationship on and off for a few years with some chick and she told me she was pregnant about two months after I had unprotected sex with her the first time. This happened 01/27/24 but it wasn’t really unprotected. I just pulled out and it fell on her reproductive parts. She started to jam her fingers in there then her solution to everything was to just take a shower. Einstein. Anyway she comes over a few more times but a couple months go by and she texts me a paternity test saying the other guy she was with was the father and she had been lying about being pregnant the whole time because I could tell something was up. Faith is when you believe in something with no physical evidence and I have faith that she is manipulating this situation like she has been disingenuous in the past and the child really is mine. She either used some of my DNA and gave it to DDC diagnostic center or the test was a false positive. She is due to give birth in a few months or so because she is still pregnant. My logic is, she told me she was four months pregnant when she came to me 03/20 so if she gives birth in or after October I have to only assume she was lying about everything because no woman can be pregnant for thirteen or twelve months. Few questions:

1. Just from what you’ve read and how you see my position in this situation, genuine or not, do you think she will give birth around October or will the baby be born in August and she is telling the truth.

2. If the baby is born in October, can I do anything legally? I’m talking to a lawyer and I got one for only 100.00 an hour! But they think it’s too premature to take any actions and I agree. But come October and she’s still pregnant or gives birth, she already has a test with another guys name on it from DDC will I still get my fair chance to be ethical and step up for “My” child?

3. Has anyone known of any stories where there were two paternity tests done and one was wrong? I saw a few on Reddit.

PS this is a very manipulative woman before you go painting her as a saint and me as an internet scum or whatever. I know everyone is “woke” nowadays. She used to be my boss at work and totally seduced me. I didn’t know she was an exotic dancer in her off time and I didn’t find out for years. Let alone the fact that she put a restraining order on me at one point and almost ruined my life just to reconcile with me the day it ended and say she lied about everything in court because she just “wanted to be dramatic”. She has also done countless other things I can’t mention that affect her character so I don’t want to hear the worlds smallest violin playing for her because I will just start listing out crappy things a woman like her can do. She is a nice person but people tell me I’m “off the hook” with the other guy testing 99.99% but I’m an ethical man and I believe in FAIRNESS, HONESTY, LOYALTY, INTEGRITY, and FIDELITY. I’m cut from a different cloth and legally (I use that term lightly) her child might not be mine but scientifically or naturally the child may be mine and if it is I think there is enough crap in this world to have another kid growing up with the wrong or no dad.
