My Tattoo Artist Assaulted Me. Is It Worth It To Sue?

I am a 19 year old girl who recently got a tattoo on my upper thigh. I was reached out to by an older male tattoo artist who asked to tattoo me. I asked all the important questions (whether or not he was licensed, and if everything he used is sterile) he told me he was licensed in 5 different states because he goes out of state to tattoo. He had his work displayed on instagram and tons of followers and seemed to be very professional. When I got to my appointment he made me take off my shorts so I was just in my underwear, and started the tattoo process. This was the first bigger tattoo I’ve had done, so it started to get painful. He offered some tequila to ease the pain, explaining that a few shots wouldn’t hurt the final outcome of the tattoo. After the shots he continued to tattoo, but white he was working he kept grabbing my butt, at one point he kinda grabbed my butt and pulled to wear his fingers were touching my vagina and pressing it. In my head at the time, I was justifying it thinking “maybe he was just pulling the skin tight to work better” I ended up leaving halfway through “because the pain was too much”. I ended up getting it finished by another artist who only had to pull my shorts up to my hip and explained that taking my clothes off was completely unnecessary and explained that even if that was the case I should’ve been covered by a towel, in the places I wasn’t being tattooed. Is there anything I can do about this legally, do I have a case? And is it worth it to sue to get the 300$ I spent on the tattoo with him ( I paid the full price) and the extra I spent on getting it finished with someone else?
