Help! I Got Served Papers That Don’t Belong To Me.

What should I do? Someone with the same name as me is being sued in Texas. I live in Colorado. I’ve never been to or lived in Texas. Her first and middle name are the same as mine and she has one of my last names. But mine is hyphenated. (Using a fake name)

My name (fake to keep my identity a secret) is Juniper Grace Alanzar-Silver but the girl who is being sued is Grace Juniper Alnazar. What should I do? Do i have to have an attorney speak for me? Is there any way I could prove that I’m not her without having to go down to Texas. I also have proof I was on vacation in Arizona with dates and photos. should I just call the court and get that situated?
