Can I Sue This Loser? My Dog Hasn't Been The Same Since...
Long story short, I let this friend of mine take my truck down the road to get her things from this guy's house. Other wise he said he was burning it. I stayed home. My dog went with her. When she got back 2 hours later my passenger side door had a been hit with a shot gun blast. Window was broke. My dog lost his eye. Still has a couple bb's in his skin. There was blood all over the inside of my truck from him. He was in much pain. Called the sheriff. They came and took pics. Said he should have a couple felonies coming. Found out today that he never even had court. Said the no trespassing sign in the yard took care of everything. Is this true? Can I at least sue him for some money to pay the vet and fix my truck? I dunno what to do or how to do it
