My Motorcycle Was Stolen, Likely With A Fedex Employee At The Reigns. What Do I Do?

Good evening!
This afternoon my motorcycle (2021 Yamaha MT09) was stolen from in front of my office building. I've already made a police report and the officer arrived on-scene, reported it to campus security, insurance, and talked to building maintenance guys.
I gave the officer a pic of my bike with the license plate, and at the time the maintenance folks were having issues retrieving any footage. Earlier, they got back to me and said the FedEx guy took interest in the bike, approached it and hung around a while, then made a call... 10 minutes later, two guys picked my bike up and drove off around 1pm EST.
Being a sporty bike, I don't have much hope of getting it back, or at least in one piece... Assuming the FedEx guy was the "kingpin" who orchestrated the theft and they catch him, what are my options legally? What should I do, what can I do, and what kind of legal counsel should I consider? While I work from home, this is my only mode of transportation at the moment, so it sucks being without a vehicle now because people are greedy. As far as I am concerned, so far I have done everything I need to do, and I am awaiting the video footage and interior camera footage to hopefully get a clear shot of his face. With that, I'll probably go to FedEx to inquire more with the hopes of passing that info to the police.
I live in the state of Maryland, and the crime happened in Greenbelt. Thanks in advance for any guidance
