Can My Job Ask Me For An Audiogram

Hello, I’m hoping to seek out some advice here please. I am a 30s M working in healthcare and my workplace is in process of a new program in transporting patients. I am a direct medical provider for patients and I have hearing loss and hearing aids.
I am being asked to complete an audiogram, and that if I don’t pass, unaided, I may not qualify for the new program and possibly even my current job?
Is this legal, what are my rights to say yes or no? For reference I have high frequency hearing loss and no other programs nation wide test medical staff for hearing loss unless they are the pilot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
