My Mother Forced Me To Sign Over My Property Inheritance Left To Me From My Father In Their Divorce In California. I Was A Minor. Abuse And Coercion.

My father was the bread winner of the family he purchased the family home in 1979. My mother was a stay at home Mom. My father became disabled after being diagnosed w Lupus back in the late 80s. He was an amazing provider but his life crumbled due to illness. My mother then divorced him and instead of taking his portion of the property around 1989/1990. The settlement was that the entire home was to be in my name and my brothers. That was legally done. My Brothers and my name were on the title. My Brother passed away in 1992. I was 15 yrs old soon to be 16. About 6 months after my Brothers passing my mother forced me to sign a document transferring the house to her, the only document I am able to pull up on real estate records is that a minor in 1993 transferred the title to her. That minor was me. In 1993 I had told her no several times then she had a older male cousin stagger over me and force me to sign it. She then promised that she would be purchasing a new home " a better one" and that I would be apart of that. Then she kicked me out of the home a few months later, I was 16. Her boyfriend was staying at the house off and on for a few years and then moved in during my brothers death. Once I was kicked out, the 2 of them sold most of our belongings in a yard sale. They then moved into a rental. A few years later I had asked her when would she be purchasing the home she promised with the sale of our home and her claim was that no money was made during the sale because of my Brothers hospital bills. It all never made sense to me. She never purchased a property until 7 years ago. 3 years ago she finally admitted that she used that money to start a business she had owned / and I helped her run off and on. She always treated me like an employee never a owner. She claimed she made about 35K out of the sale of the home and invested that into her business. She traveled the world while she owned that business. The house was sold in 1993 or 1994 how can or am I able to get copies of the amount of sale? I don't have her promise in writing because I was a helpless minor. Would this verbal promise stand legally in court? She is in the process of selling hers and her current husbands home in CA. Currently I moved in with her 4 years ago I became very ill with autoimmune issues as well and she had manipulated my Son to move into her new luxury home to help her and her husband care for my disabled grandmother. Needless to say my mother is extremely manipulative my heath got worse living with her and abusive husband so I have been unemployed and protecting my minor daughter from them. Per privacy of my children I will not describe the specifics of the abuse. I am currently residing in the home. I have spent all my saving surviving here. Several years ago she stated when she sold this home she would be giving me a down payment for a property. Now they are having their new home built in AZ and in preparations to sell. I have asked her if she will be fulfilling her promise and now she has changed it all around stating they have too many expenses. Can I do anything legally to get my money back made from the sale of the home that I was coerced out of ? I now finally understand my many years of pain, suffering and manipulation by my mother and her husbands. Any information helps thank you.
