My Brother(17) Raped Me(15) Twice. Once A Year Ago, And Another 4 Years Ago

As the title reads, I was raped by my brother twice. Both times it happened on vacations, once with my family in the house and the other time(the most recent one) happened when we had to share a hotel room together. Both times I was too scared to tell anyone because he put the image in my head that he would be able to turn it around on me and say that I was the one who “initiated everything” and that i would get in more trouble than he would. Obviously seeing as how it’s been a year since the last incident I would assume that it is too late to try to prosecute him for the crime. The reason I am writing this post is because the other day at my dad’s house(divorced parents) I was in a swimsuit about to go swimming when he came into my room with a full masted hard on like he was gonna try to do something to me but I guilt tripped him into not doing it by saying his girlfriend was missing him and that made him leave. But that run in i had the other day is making me think that he is going to try to do it again and i need the best advice for what to do after he does because this fucker is not getting away with this shit again.
