Minor With An Abusive Adult Gf, What Can I Do? Nsfw (tag Not Working)

Recently I made a new friend and they suggested to post my home situation here to get advice on what my next step should be, and despite the fact that I’ve never made a post on Reddit, I figured I’d at least give it a try.

I (16F) have been together with my GF (25F) for two years. I live in Maine, USA. Ever since we first got together she showed signs of tearing down my self esteem and being extremely controlling. A little over a year into our relationship (15), she began to get physically and sexually abusive such as beating me and threatening me into sexual acts with her. However, at that point I had just moved in with her and I had nowhere else to go except for my two drug addict parents, one of which would lock me out of the house for days and the other who attempted to sex traffic me for his addiction. I had no friends since she had coerced me into cutting them off and ended up completely isolating me from anyone who could get me help.

And yes, I understand that this is entirely my fault and I’ve put myself in this situation. I don’t deny that my situation is my own fault and that I was very stupid.

I’ve tried multiple ways of getting away from her: breaking up, calling the police, running away, and calling CPS. Many people here will most likely underestimate how mentally deranged she is. She is unmedicated and was diagnosed with schizophrenia and ASPD for a little backstory, but even taking those labels out of the equation she is a type of evil I hope no one will ever have to experience. She is unpredictable, unstable, and very dangerous. She also is in possession of firearms. She’s ex-military, and was diagnosed with these two disorders after she served. Breaking up will not work, trust me I’ve tried and it only results in physical harm on me. I’ve called the police three times and each time they have dismissed me and left me with her, totally turning a blind eye. She’s lied and told them I’m “off my medication” and that seems to immediately make them disregard everything I say, even if I was covered in blood and bruises when they arrived. I’ve also attempted to call CPS twice, and both times they said they would look into it, and it never went any further than basically ghosting me. I’ve tried running away and she’s either caught me or my parents have gotten ahold of me and bring me back to her to get me out of their hair. Everything I’ve tried feels absolutely hopeless and at this point I figured I might as well try and see what anyone on Reddit could help me do, legally speaking, to hopefully get away from her. Does anyone have any legal advice on what to do?
