Laser Hair Removal Nightmare: Burned And Seeking Justice

Hey everyone, I need some advice on a situation I'm dealing with. I (26F) started getting laser hair removal treatments in May 2023 in South Florida , focusing on Brazilian and underarm areas. I've had around 4 or 5 sessions, but I missed the last two months because of my period. In January, I went for my usual treatment, but my regular technician wasn't available, so I got treated by a new lady.
The treatment started fine, but when she got to the lower area, it hurt a lot more than usual. I shouted in pain, and she proceeded more slowly, but the whole session ended up being painful. At home, I felt the typical discomfort and itching from the laser, but a few days later, it got much worse. I had a constant burning and itching sensation, and when I checked, I found three burn marks in my vaginal area.
I went back to the clinic and told them about the burns. They brushed it off, saying it would heal on its own, but the pain was unbearable. They had a doctor look at it, who claimed it was herpes and suggested medication. I didn't trust them and left, thinking they were just trying to avoid responsibility.
A week later, I was still in severe pain. I couldn't walk without crying, and I knew I needed to see a real doctor. My friend works at a gynecologist's office, so I went there for help. The doctor confirmed I had deep cuts and burn marks. She prescribed a steroid cream to help me heal and also tested me for herpes, which came back negative.
It's been almost two and a half months, and my vaginal area is still healing. Heat makes it painful, and I haven't gone back for any more laser sessions since December. However, the clinic continues to charge me $66.66 monthly until November 2024. I called to cancel, but they refused, saying the payments are non-refundable.
I'm at a loss for what to do next. How can I proceed with suing them? I've never sued anyone before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
