Landlord Has Been Arrested.

Live in a homeshare that I found on Spareroom, 2 other guys also live here. Police came round yesterday and told me that the landlord has been arrested and is more than likely being sent down. Next thing I know one of the lads living here has been arrested for being involved with the landlords business. Officer told me they’re looking into his finances so everything he owns could be ceased. Question is, that leaves me and the one other guy sat here not knowing what to do? If we get evicted due to the place being ceased, pretty much guaranteed we also won’t get our deposits back in that case, do we have any rights about this at all? Are we able to do anything?
