Involved In A Car Accident And The Mother Of The Driver Doesn’t Want To Involve Insurance.

Got hit yesterday evening on my way to work by a young girl and her friend when she failed to yield while making a left turn in an intersection. Thankfully all parties were unscathed, however my car took the brunt of the damage as she hit me right on my rear driver’s wheel. Only her headlight and bumper were damaged, with it mostly being cosmetic, while my vehicle had to be towed. We exchanged insurance, and contacted the police. The mother of the girl talked the officer out of writing her a citation, however the girl did admit fault. The mother called me last night asking me not to involve insurance as her premium was already high. Keep in mind the 18>/= year old girl was driving a 2015 Buick, and her mother was driving a 2018< Tahoe. I filed a claim with my insurance and her insurance. I’m already having to pay $450 to the tow company for services and to have my car towed back to my apartment in the morning when I get off. She called again tonight with her estimate costs of repair being around $1400. My costs will most likely double or triple that. I just need advice on what to do and how to go about this the quickest and easiest way. I only have liability, I also live 6 hours away from family and basically everyone I know, so I’m dealing with this without any outside support. Figured the reddit warriors could send me in the right direction.
this is also basically my first reddit post so forgive me if I do or format something wrong.
