Im 18 And My Dad Passed When I Was 16, My Uncle Took Me In And Made Himself The Head Rep. In My Dads House's Probate And Then Kicked Me Out - What Can I Do?

Location: Oregon
my dad passed around 2 years ago when I was 16 and my uncle who started looking after me made himself the primary rep. on the house and which it went into probate and then he sold it, as well as two vehicles, after he kicked me out and stopped contact. Im currently 18 now and looking to see what I can do. To give you the sort of long haul explanation from someone who knows little to nothing about whats going on, is that my dad died of a heart attack, I moved in with an uncle who claimed to want the best for me and because he was closest to the school i was trying to stay attending. About a week after my dad passed, I broke my right knee and everything sort of just fell apart for me. It was a bad time obviously and I was going through a lot and didnt know how to do everything on my own because I was 16 and had just found my dead dad. Terrible. During this time living with my uncle, him as well as a large number of other family members and me (before the knee injury) moved all the things out of my dads house into a storage unit (this included all our furniture, my belongings, 3 motorcycles, gear for all sorts of things my dad and me were into like motorcyles, bmx gear, helmets, beds, clothes, etc / a car was also stored at my uncles house during this time but there were other options if we would have allowed me to drive it somewhere else before my leg broke, his excuse was that it was unsafe due to something that was slighlty going bad in one side of the front end suspension but this was still my dads daily driver so it could have been moved, he was just making excuses). After everything got moved and I was living in their house they had asked me if I would allow them to deal with the probate and lawyers since they were much older and I was injured, and he became the head repesentative over everything. Things went fine for a few months and i was healing a lot just in general before my aunt (another sibling of my dads and someone who was more of a mom to me than my own growing up, i have no parents now) invited me to go on a sort weekend vacation road trip to help me get my mind off things that I agreed to go on without my uncles permission (the sibling of my dads that I was staying with at the time) which led to a big fight where his wife kicked me out of the house (he just allowed her to and told me i should listen) where I was walked to the front porch and had a very small amount of my things thrown into 4 boxes and I waited to get picked up by my friend and his grandma who witnessed my uncles wife throw the most childish fit about me and claimed i was 'running away' and "making a bad decision" all because my uncle and his wife didnt like my uncle and my dads sister who was the aunt asking me to go with her on the trip/vacation. I ended up moving in with that aunt and still live with her while i fugure things out. The problem is, my uncle ghosted me, the house went through probate however that works and is sold to people who live in it now, He sold 2 of the vehicles that were worth the most, the car and a harley, and after all this has only given me what was in the storage units after almost a year of debating and working with my uncle through other family members he respects because he wont talk to me, and has failed to tell me anything about what is going on, send me mail of the letters or documents he is getting or what has happened. I found out the house sold through other family members and he just wont talk to me or answer calls or texts. I think im screwed and if im being honest I dont have an expectation to see anything out of the house or the vehicles he sold but its a lot he stole if my dad passed around 2 years ago when I was 16 and my uncle who started looking after me made himself the primary rep. on the house and which it went into probate and then he sold it, as well as two vehicles, after he kicked me out and stopped contact. Im currently 18 now and looking to see what I can do what happened and I want to know if this is something I can even get legal over, can I sue? How would I gain information on something like this? --- sorry its kind of all over the place how i explained it but i was trying to keep it short and also informative. Any advice helps, I know I need a lawyer of some kind, I just dont want to see everything lost to someone who lied about their intentions for me when I was already In a dark place
