I Think My Lawyers Are Grossly Over Billing Me.

I’ve had a firm representing me for 2.5 years. In short, I filed a lawsuit against a former company I worked for for breach of contract. Damages around the 200k-300k range if I prove my case.
We have finished discovery and failed motions for summary judgement, but not yet to trial.
So far my attorneys have billed me $500,000. Including one month billing me $95,000 for the work of one partner and a junior attorney. There is only me and the other party. 5 depositions in total.
This seems astronomical to me. The hourly wage is 530 for one and 350 for the other. At some point, they increased their two hourly rates to $700/hr and $450/hr.
Does anybody have any insight into whether this is reasonable? It seems massive.
Any insight into whether most attorneys will persue action against me if I can’t pay it? I make good money but not that kind of money. I’d have to make over a million year.
Any insight is appreciated
