I Own A Duplex With A Shared Driveway, And My Neighbor Want To Prohibit Me From Renting The Other Unit Of My Property.

A short backstory, we live in Ohio, and I bought this Duplex about three years ago. It's a Duplex with a shared driveway with a single-family home next door. It was vacant when we purchased, and recently a family bought it and moved in.

Everything was fine for a while. The other side of my Duplex was being renovated and prepared to be turned into an AirBnB, and recently, we opened.

Of the driveway, I would say her property line probably takes up 70%-80% of the driveway. And this driveway is the only reasonable form of access to my property.

We have one small vehicle, and have always parked on our side, not obstructing the driveway in any way. They have 5 cars and a motorcycle, sometimes even parking over the property line in our yard (we normally wouldn't care, but she is making a pretty big stink about it all). I think they truly believes it is entirely their driveway, and we have no say about anything.

Now that we are having guests stay, we limit two cars using the driveway, and always make sure to tell them to stay out of the way of the neighbors and to park in our yard/on our side. Which every one of them has obliged and done so.

They are pretty adamant about this ceasing operations entirely, and don't want any cars other than ours entering the driveway. Is there anything our neighbor can legally do about this?
